Sustainable on the road: GOLDBECK SOLAR offers employees job bikes

Employees of the solar expert can now purchase leased bicycles from the company at a favourable price

GOLDBECK SOLAR not only helps its customers to achieve greater sustainability, but now also focuses on this for its employees. The Hirschberger EPC company is now offering employees job bikes, thus making a targeted contribution to employee health and more sustainable mobility.

Sustainable and healthy: job bikes with double benefits

People who cycle regularly are less stressed in everyday life and are less likely to fall ill. This is why GOLDBECK SOLAR has decided to provide its employees with high-quality leased bicycles and e-bikes via JobRad with immediate effect. “The health of our employees is extremely important to us. With the JobRad bikes we can make an important contribution to this”, explains managing director Joachim Goldbeck.

In addition to employee health, the leased bicycles also contribute to air pollution control and traffic relief. After all, a bicycle does not pollute the air, unlike a car, bus or train. The new mobility offer is therefore doubly worthwhile. “As a modern employer, we know how important attractive additional benefits are,” says Joachim Goldbeck. “The job bikes are just one of them.”

How JobRad leasing works

Employees choose their dream bike at a bicycle dealer or online. GOLDBECK SOLAR then leases the service bike and leaves it to the respective employee. In return, GOLDBECK SOLAR retains a small part of the monthly gross salary and uses it to pay the leasing instalment. The job bike is insured and can be used as much as you like in your free time. This gives the employee a monetary advantage over a conventional purchase. “All options are available to GOLDBECK SOLAR employees, which makes the switch to a bicycle even more attractive,” is how Joachim Goldbeck sums up the offer.
