GOLDBECK SOLAR Group drives forward strategic realignment: Solarnet Investment renamed GOLDBECK SOLAR Investment

The GOLDBECK SOLAR Group is taking a significant step in its strategic development and strengthening its position as a comprehensive service provider for the photovoltaic industry. The company, which is already known for the construction, operation, and maintenance of industrial, commercial and large-scale photovoltaic systems, has now announced a targeted focus on project development, financing and investor relations.

As part of this strategic realignment, the GOLDBECK SOLAR Group announces that its investment arm, previously known as Solarnet Investment, will now be rebranded as GOLDBECK SOLAR Investment. The renaming underlines the integration of this business unit into the GOLDBECK SOLAR Group and creates a clear identity for the comprehensive offering in the photovoltaic industry.

Investment arm responsible for project development and financing

GOLDBECK SOLAR Investment offers comprehensive services in the areas of project development, acquisition/sale, structuring, financing, and asset management from the owner’s perspective. Founded in 2018, the company currently operates in twelve countries and has a project development portfolio of over 4 GWp and a project portfolio of completed assets of over 500 MWp.
