Choosing GOLDBECK SOLAR as the EPC contractor for our 28 MW project in Modliszewice (Poland) was a very positive experience for us at Suncatcher and marked another milestone in what is already a long and successful strategic partnership. The GOLDBECK SOLAR team embodies professionalism, cost discipline and a clear understanding of project requirements from start to finish. Communication throughout the entire process was consistent and effective, helping to ensure that our needs were met on time. Low Carbon and GOLDBECK SOLAR have been working closely together for more than 10 years. Two early projects in Cornwall had a combined capacity of 14 MWp. Both sites enabled us to learn and grow together, leading to a more ambitious third project: the award-winning Lackford Estate solar farm. “With a capacity of more than 20 MWp, the Lackford Estate Solar Farm was constructed with great care to ensure the protection of flora and fauna. The solar farm is still in operation today and promotes biodiversity in the surrounding area. The collaboration with GOLDBECK SOLAR as EPC was a sustainable example of the creation of high-quality solar farms. We look forward to continuing our relationship as we strive to create new renewable energy on a large scale.”

During a particularly complex project, GOLDBECK SOLAR proved to be a supportive and pragmatic EPC partner. Discussions, issues and contract negotiations were conducted in an open and cooperative manner and ultimately led to a successful outcome for both parties, with a plant that met all our high quality standards. A key factor in the success of any project is regular, close and effective communication between partners. It is precisely through this approach, in collaboration with GOLDBECK SOLAR, that we have been able to deliver the 37 MWp Wunsiedel solar park swiftly and to a high standard. Together, we have thus taken a significant step towards achieving a sustainable and decentralised energy supply in the Wunsiedel region. Together with the GOLDBECK SOLAR Group, we have demonstrated how innovative concepts can drive the energy transition forward. The solar farm will generate enough electricity to power around 9,500 households each year and save 15,000 tonnes of CO₂.
