GOLDBECK SOLAR relies on strong and reliable partners to carry out its projects. Suppliers and subcontractors can use the form below to apply to work with us. As part of a standardized prequalification process, we review relevant company and quality criteria to lay the groundwork for potential future collaboration.
You can find the prerequisites and requirements for each service area under the following options.
General Requirements
- Verifiable quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Compliance with ESG, environmental, and compliance standards
- Long-term warranty and service programs
- Stable and transparent supply chain
- Technical documentation available in English
Installation
- Execution of electrical, mechanical, and civil construction work (EPC/BoP scope)
- Proven experience in utility-scale PV projects
- Availability of qualified installation teams in our target markets
Substructure
- Fixed-tilt and/or tracker systems
- Proven reference projects in the utility-scale sector
- Compliance with the relevant norms and standards of the respective target markets
- Valid quality and product certifications (e.g., ISO, DIN, EN, CE)
Inverter
- String inverters with a capacity of at least 125 kW
- Central inverters for large-scale commercial installations
- Solutions for PV systems up to 1 GW Project design
- Valid certifications and market approvals for the respective countries of operation
- Proven track record in large-scale projects
- Long-term technical support and service
Cable
- Low-, medium-, and high-voltage cables
- Certifications in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., DIN, VDE, IEC, ISO)
- Proof of high quality and safety standards
- Preference given to suppliers with short lead times in the markets where GOLDBECK SOLAR operates
BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems)
- At least 10 GWh in global shipments
- At least 700 MWh of installed capacity in Europe
- At least 5 years of experience in the BESS business
- Offer of turnkey complete solutions (containers, PCS, EMS, BMS)
- Proven reference projects in the utility-scale sector
Solar Panels
- Tier 1 manufacturer (Top 10 ranking for the past 3 years)
- Solid financial metrics and sustainable business growth
- Demonstrated continuous project experience of more than 500 MW per year in the European market over the past 5 years
- Experience with international and European investors
- Valid product, quality, and sustainability certifications
O&M
- Proven experience in the operation and Maintenance of utility-scale photovoltaic systems (large-scale ground-mounted systems)
- Availability of qualified electrical technicians and service teams in our target markets
- Availability of 24/7 fault and emergency services
- Experience with leading inverter manufacturers, monitoring platforms, and data communication systems
- Valid certifications in quality and information security management (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001)
- Experience in module cleaning for ground-mounted or rooftop photovoltaic systems
- Experience in green maintenance (ecological land management) or sheep grazing
Additional Services
- Construction Site Road

- Waste disposal in accordance with local waste disposal regulations
