Joachim Goldbeck founded GOLDBECK SOLAR with the vision of advancing solar energy as a driving force behind the global energy transition. As an entrepreneur and longtime advocate for renewable energy, he combines technological innovation with sustainable and economically viable solutions. His focus is on the international advancement of solar energy, as well as on sustainability, innovation, and digitalization as key drivers of the company’s growth.
Peter Prem
Chief Operating Officer of Joachim Goldbeck Holding
Peter Prem has extensive international leadership experience in the areas of operations, organizational development, and corporate transformation. Before joining Joachim Goldbeck Holding, he worked at Tetra Pak for more than 20 years and subsequently co-founded the clean-energy company Aira Group. As COO, he focuses on strengthening operational excellence, creating efficient structures, and driving the sustainable development of the corporate group.
Matthias Tischner
CFO of GOLDBECK SOLAR GmbH
As CFO, Matthias Tischner is responsible for the finance division of the GOLDBECK SOLAR subgroup. With many years of leadership experience in finance and extensive expertise in the solar and EPC sectors, he combines financial acumen with a deep understanding of project-oriented business. His focus is on transparency, efficient processes, and digitalization as the foundation for economically successful and sustainable corporate development.
Andreas Melbaum
Interim CFO of Joachim Goldbeck Holding
Since September 2025, Andreas Melbaum has served as interim CFO, overseeing the finance department and business management of Joachim Goldbeck Holding and the entire group. His focus is on financial transparency, resilient structures, and sound decision-making. He combines financial management, process optimization, and digitalization into a holistic approach to sustainable corporate development. He also serves as the point of contact for banks, insurance companies, suppliers, customers, and auditors.
