Neudorf-Zeithain solar park

With the Neudorf-Zeithain solar park, GOLDBECK SOLAR has completed its first project for SachsenEnergie. Just under 34,000 photovoltaic modules were installed on a total area of approximately 15 hectares. The plant has a total capacity of 20 MWp and generates up to 24 million kilowatt-hours of renewable electricity annually.

By utilizing land along the railroad line and connecting to existing grid infrastructure, the project makes an important contribution to the expansion of renewable energy in Saxony. Once it is successfully commissioned, the solar park will supply approximately 8,800 households with clean electricity.

Despite occasionally wintry conditions, the project was successfully completed in less than six months. All environmental and water protection requirements were consistently taken into account and strictly adhered to. In addition, construction was carried out within the specified time frames, ensuring that the requirements of all stakeholders involved were reliably met.
