How JobRad leasing works
Employees choose the bike they want from a bike dealer or online. GOLDBECK SOLAR then leases the company bike and gives it to the employee. In return, GOLDBECK SOLAR withholds a small portion of the monthly gross salary and uses it to pay the leasing rate. The company bike is insured and can also be used in the employee’s free time.
