GOLDBECK SOLAR Investment GmbH is the investment company of the GOLDBECK SOLAR Group. We offer customized solutions for the entire life cycle of PV projects – from project development and structuring to the sale of turnkey systems, asset management and the marketing of clean electricity.
Our aim is to create a sustainable and economical basis for the operation of photovoltaic systems. We want to play an active role in shaping the global transformation towards renewable energies.
About us
GOLDBECK SOLAR Investment develops and operates international photovoltaic projects. With over 400 MWp of installed capacity and a project pipeline of more than 3 GW, we are active worldwide in Canada, Chile, Mexico, Europe and Kazakhstan.
We are also supporting the reconstruction of the energy infrastructure in Ukraine and have invested in the first PV project together with the EBRD.
Our international team works in the areas of investment management, advanced energy and asset management to implement projects efficiently and operate them successfully in the long term.
Since our foundation in 2018, we have been building up a growing PV portfolio and are pursuing the goal of increasing our development volume to 10 GWp by 2030.

With a current project pipeline of 3 GW and the goal of building a portfolio of 10 GWp by 2030, we are actively contributing to the global expansion of renewable energies. GOLDBECK SOLAR Investment is divided into four specialized divisions: Project Development, Advanced Energy, Finance & Investment and Asset Management.
Project overview and successes
Since 2018, we have been developing, structuring, realizing and managing international solar projects as part of the GOLDBECK SOLAR Group. Our reference page shows a selection of the systems that we have successfully planned, built or sold in recent years.
Our current project pipeline comprises over 3 GWp at locations in Canada, Chile, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Ukraine. By 2030, we have set ourselves the ambitious goal of building a development portfolio of 10 GWp and thus further advancing the global expansion of renewable energies.
Over the past five years, our team has raised EUR 300 million in debt capital for projects in Poland, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Canada, Chile and Ukraine – a testament to our strong financing and implementation expertise. In 2018 and 2022, we received the Project Finance Award from emeafinance for outstanding achievements in project financing.
