A decisive factor for successful projects is regular, close and good communication between partners. This is precisely where we and GOLDBECK SOLAR managed to implement the Wunsiedel solar park with 37 MWp quickly and to a high standard. Together, we have thus succeeded in taking a significant step towards a sustainable and decentralized energy supply in the Wunsiedel region. Together with the GOLDBECK SOLAR Group, we have shown how innovative concepts can drive forward the energy transition. The park will generate electricity for around 9,500 households per year and save 15,000 tons of CO₂. We are proud of this collaboration and would like to thank everyone involved for their commitment. Low Carbon and GOLDBECK SOLAR have been working closely together for more than 10 years. Two early projects in Cornwall reached a combined 14 MWp. Both sites allowed us to learn and grow together, leading to a more ambitious third project: the award-winning Lackford Estate solar park. “With a capacity of more than 20 MWp, the Lackford Estate Solar Farm was built with great care to ensure the protection of flora and fauna. The solar park is still in operation today and promotes biodiversity in the surrounding area. Working with GOLDBECK SOLAR as EPC has been a lasting example of creating quality solar parks. We look forward to continuing our relationship as we strive to create new renewable energy on a large scale.
