How JobRad leasing works
Employees choose their dream bike at a bicycle dealer or online. GOLDBECK SOLAR then leases the service bike and leaves it to the respective employee. In return, GOLDBECK SOLAR retains a small part of the monthly gross salary and uses it to pay the leasing instalment. The job bike is insured and can be used as much as you like in your free time.
