Agethorst Solar Park to Shine Bright with GOLDBECK SOLAR and greentech Partnership

Agethorst, Schleswig-Holstein. GOLDBECK SOLAR leads the planning, procurement, and construction of the Agethorst solar park in Schleswig-Holstein for greentech.

The groundbreaking ceremony for this project marks a milestone in the cooperation between the two companies. For greentech, Agethorst stands as the largest project to date whichsymbolizes their transition from development to execution. Alongside two other installations on the A23, greentech is curating an impressive 100 MWp portfolio of solar facilities, dedicated to the production of sustainable, green electricity.

One of the largest solar parks in Schleswig-Holstein

The Agethorst solar park is set to become one of the largest in Schleswig-Holstein. With an impressive 70.6 MWp capacity expanded across 80 hectares, it will provide clean electricity to Schleswig-Holstein Netz AG’s grid via a nearly 6 km transmission line.The energy will be able to supply more than 18,000 households and save approximately 30,000 tons of CO2 per year.

Agethorst, a challenging large-scale project is on a fast track to success. In just the next eight months, we’re embarking on an ambitious mission: the installation of 16 transformer stations and a whopping 123,000 cutting-edge solar modules, all powered by the latest TOPCon technology. Our goal is crystal clear—to expedite the plant’s commissioning and seamlessly transition it to greentech operational management. It’s a testament to our commitment to delivering sustainable energy solutions with unprecedented speed and efficiency.
