Political and socio-political developments are giving the solar industry a pleasant tailwind. This will increase in strength due to the planned measures from the coalition agreement, among other things. In addition, more and more companies are committed to climate protection and are expanding the infrastructure for the upcoming opportunities and challenges arising from sector coupling and increasing electromobility.
A PV system is an interesting option that offers multiple benefits for companies, local authorities and investors. Together with GOLDBECK SOLAR the advantages.
You own, are renovating or planning a commercial or industrial building, whose electricity consumption can be partially covered by a PV roof system?
Take advantage of the opportunity to generate electricity cheaply, regionally and, above all, at stable prices for decades to come. This is already benefiting from the fact that grid fees and electricity tax* are no longer applicable. In the medium term, even the pro rata EEG levy is expected to be abolished. The surplus electricity can be sold via a direct marketer at currently attractive electricity prices and is covered by the EEG market premium for PV systems up to 750 kWp. Here too, politicians are signaling positive changes with regard to these size limits.
Do you own, renovate or plan to renovate a commercial or industrial building that you rent out and therefore cannot benefit directly from the self-consumption advantage?
No problem. The amended EEG (Renewable Energy Sources Act) offers the possibility of a lucrative 100% feed-in as part of the greatly increased tendering volume for PV roof systems, which enable a secure remuneration of up to EUR 0.09/kWh over 20 years. Alternatively, or possibly in addition to this, you can offer your tenant added value to the self-consumption solution by granting them a partial roof area for their own PV system so that they can invest in the PV system themselves or via third parties (PV contracting, power purchase agreement).
None of the models are suitable for you, but you need to install a PV system on your roof?
We are also happy to help you here. For roof areas from a size of 10.000 m² we will make you a marketable lease offer through us or one of our partner investors. This type of cooperation offers you an interesting additional income over a long term.
Do you have vacant plots?
The use of fallow land or land currently used for other purposes is also suitable for the options described above as part of a ground-mounted PV system. Areas in the immediate vicinity of your business, ideally even with a legally binding development plan, are ideal for a self-consumption model or direct PPA via a third party.
The legal framework for large ground-mounted PV systems on – but also off – areas eligible for remuneration under the EEG is to be further improved over the course of this year. A municipal levy that has already been introduced has further increased the acceptance of ground-mounted PV systems on a broad basis. Nevertheless, the legislator is planning to simplify certain approval procedures, which may be accompanied by simplified planning permission. Of course, the same applies here: let’s talk and find the right model for you.
